As Quality Manager, I'm responsible for operating and maintaining the JusticeTrax Quality Management System (QMS) through collaboration with the JusticeTrax leadership team to ensure our products and services meet both our clients' requirements and our company standards for providing an incredible customer experience. The QMS, registered under ISO 9001, is designed to result in continually improving the effectiveness of JusticeTrax in its operations and profitability.
In addition to the overall organizational quality system, I also manage our team of software Quality Assurance Test Engineers. After the development of test plans\suites\cases for each product, the team uses manual and automated test methods to identify defects in our products so they can be corrected before product is released to our clients.
As Product Manager for ChainLinx, I'm responsible for product strategy and planning including requirements gathering, life-cycle management and road mapping while orchestrating product development, marketing and distribution. ChainLinx helps law enforcement agencies more effectively manage their property and evidence using our proprietary item management plan designer and location reconciliation process while maintaining a secure chain-of-custody.
